Intelligent scheduling in agricultural wholesale markets: an optimisation approach with simulation-driven and GenAI-based interaction support

His research focuses on the design, implementation, and deployment of intelligent decision-making systems integrating optimisation modelling, machine learning, and simulation, aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency across intelligent manufacturing, service operations, as well as agricultural production and distribution systems.Mr. Hiroki Iizuka specialises in Operations Research. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Waseda University, where he studied in the Department of Industrial and Management Systems Engineering and the Department of Business Management and Design, respectively. His research focuses on decision-making and strategic planning in production and distribution systems.Dr. Che-Wei Chou specialises in artificial intelligent in manufacturing systems. His research is emphasis on manufacturing strategy that synchronises with business viewpoint into manufacturing decisions. He combines optimisation, big data analytics, and decision analysis perspectives into Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing topics. He proposes a series of research works that include deep learning applications for intelligent manufacturing and resource allocation and scheduling for manufacturing optimisation.Dr. Takahiro Ohno is a professor of the Department of Industrial and Management Systems Science, School of Creative Science and Engineering, Waseda University, Japan. He has received his Doctor of Engineering fromWaseda University in 1988. His research interest is Cost Engineering or Marketing Research.
